Fedor III. (* 1661; † 1682) – Zar from 1676 to 1682 and son of Alexei I. He was at war with the Ottoman Empire for most of his reign. Fedor III. initiated many reforms, but he never completed most of them as he died very young. The abolition of rank order in the military were his most important achievements.
